May 24, 2021 - Jasmine, clover, and irises on the nose. Stone fruit (peaches, nectarines), pumpernickel seed, mirabellen, wasabi on the luscious, elegant palate, with a sea salt, yeast, cherry pepper and basalt decay. Light in body, but infinitely complex, an Occam razor between Bürklin-Wolf classicism and von Winning creamy/fruity modernity. Like drinking a volcano of Mozart etudes.
