  May 25, 2021 - Still deep ruby. Sulfur and vegetal note that blew off. A gentle giant with a waft of wonderful plummy sweet dark berry fruit and spice together with toasty oak. Fine acidity with Medium finish. At a nice plateau and will last for a decade.
