  May 25, 2021 - Nice, light and pleasant. Good accompaniment to Thai takeout
  
  Pale straw color. Surprisingly soft aroma of grass and lime peel.
  
  High acid, light body, not much length. Lime and grass, but lots of flinty minerality - which offset the residual sugar very nicely. Residual sugar in an Aussie Riesling? I couldn’t believe it at first, but at 9.5% abv it must be so.
