  May 30, 2021 - PnD let air for 3hrs.
  
  Clear. Medium ruby.
  
  Clean. Medium intensity with aromas of cedar cherry rosemary plum and cinnamon.
  
  Dry. Medium alcohol. Medium acidity. Medium tannins. Medium body. Medium intensity with flavours of cherry sage and black tea.
  
  Medium finish. Good. Drink now not suitable for further ageing. Angular and lacking depth and complexity. Disappointed.
