  May 31, 2021 - This is a big wine. It jumps out with sour cherry, sweet cherry, raspberry, dark chocolate, smoke, mint and pepperoni. There is still plenty of acidity and tannin, but the sourness and faint hint of funk suggests it may be wrapping up soon. One of the more sediment heavy wines I've had lately.
