  June 1, 2021 - This was much better than I had expected, an elegant bottle well worth the money
  
  Medium ruby color with a clear rim and no hint of age
  
  Disappointingly soft aroma, just a little lavender and oregano
  
  Nice structure with M+ acid and soft but firm tannins. Quite a long finish. Medium body amd alcohol. Flavour of blueberry with lavender, oregano with lingering flavours that were both a bit sweet (nutmeg?) and bitter (fennel?)
