  June 5, 2021 - Way young. Wine opened backwards kind of marmalade-y and nutty. Blossomed almost all of the sudden halfway through the bottle with 2 hours air. White and yellow florals, stream moss, slightly brioche-y nose. Bitter lemon, quince, a little honeyed element on the palate, with some chalky-stoneyness on the finish that really feels like river pebbles tumbling down your tongue. Concentrated and intense.
