  June 5, 2021 - We were a few days on this winery bed-and-breakfast with unbeatable view over the Chianti region and took this wine home with us. It is their top of the line wine, but appeared rather tired and pale. But after a 2 hour decant the smells started to appear. Its a delicate and not a big Chianti. Good match with spinach-riccotta stuffed pasta and sugo, and a cheese plate.
