  June 6, 2021 - Double Magnum. Level very top shoulder. Opened 0.5 hrs and last 3+ hrs. Need 30 mins airing. Cork soared, but still in good condition. Started with some tea leave and gradually to chocolate, leader and tobacco. Even though wine appeared past its prime, in large format, can still last 2-3 years.
