  June 8, 2021 - Grapefruit rind, chalk, ginger, lemon sorbet, even a sea shell element although much more cote de beaune than chablis. It lacks the length and intensity of a 1er but is easily much better than tons of village wine. Unbelievable bourgogne. So so so tasty.
