  June 13, 2021 - 40% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and 5% Malbec. Decanted and showing minimal sediment.
  Aromas of cassis, cherry cordial, Framboise, dried herbs, tomato stem, tobacco, leather, vanilla crème, black pepper, innertube, pencil shavings and hints of cocoa and exotic spice.
  The palate has a creamy core and fine silky tannins. Flavors of vanilla crème are met with cassis, dark cherry, Framboise, sage, thyme and tomato leaf with black pepper, pencil shavings, innertube, coffee, cocoa and earth. The finish is smooth and long.
