  June 13, 2021 - Over ripe, overly oaky and spicy. the score is a reflection of my personal taste. It is well made, and it pairs well with risotto. But in its own, it is not a style that I like.

  6/15/21, 1:44 PM - A lot of Aubert chards are great on release too (depending on your preference of course). Always enjoy their Eastside Chardonnay early on; lots of acidity & minerality to balance the fruit.
