  June 15, 2021 - Opened for an hour and aerated upon pouring. Aromas of white flowers, saline and guava fruit. Soft entry that leads to an "explosion" of flavors including butter toffee, lemon, lime and the afore mentioned guava. So approachable currently but will also benefit from a little more time in the bottle. Served with lemon chicken piccata, mashed potatoes and green beans. Yummie!
