  June 19, 2021 - Very classically styled BdM (at least based on my interpretation of Brunello) after a couple hours in the decanter. A decidedly amber tint to the red color. Dried Montmorency cherries, tobacco, vanilla, cedar, spices, with food-friendly acidity and soft tannins. Very nice.
