  June 9, 2021 - What an amazing evolution for this wine. When I first had this wine in 2013’ it was nearly un-approachable. Several years later in 2015’ it provided a narrow glimpse into what lies in wait for the future. Sadly, this was the last one for me but I would not be the least bit surprised if this rewarded for another 3-5 years or beyond. For me today; it was perfectly on point. An aromatic display of ripe red berry fruit surrounded with sweet spiced aromas. Fine grained tannins are soft and approachable giving subtle hint to underlying strength likely remaining. Sits waif like on the palate then disintegrates in to long lingering finish.
