  June 26, 2021 - More savory, elegant and acidic than a typical brunello. Not a heavyweight. Good but perhaps not worth the price tag.
  
  Medium color; garnet with just a hint of brown.
  
  Medium aroma of dark, rich cherries. Sweet spices. Some mint
  
  Lots of acidity, more than normal for a Brunello. Soft but present tannins. Medium bodied with a medium+ finish. Generally savory flavors. Raspberry + blackberry, toasted wood, bell pepper.
