  June 27, 2021 - Grenache and Mourvèdre from Shake Ridge Vineyard. The grapes were harvested and whole cluster pressed to two stainless steel barrels. The fermentation and malolactic fermentation were completed in barrel.
  80 cases produced.
  Very pale coral color. Aromatics are delicate and pretty with melon, white peach, pineberry and guava notes that display cardamom, white pepper and rose water nuances before revealing hints of minerality and herbs.
  
  The palate is very light and delicate. The entry is barely more than a whisper but rapidly builds and gains through the finish. Racy acidity and flavors of melon consommé, white peach, pineberry, rose petal, white pepper and mineral. The finish is elegant.
