  Nose: Wet slate, lemon verbena.
  
  Mouth: Elegant, juicy gooseberry and lime notes are joined with just a hint of creamed pear in this generous version, ahead of a midpalate/finish of lemongrass and slate. Cleans up along a perfect, crystalline spine as the fruit comes back lightly for an encore. Really lovely palate action.
  
  Overall: Sleek, and even with a bit of power to the different flavors on view. Much longer than I anticipated, with excellent drive. Drink now - 2024
