  July 2, 2021 - Very special champagne that came from Hol's father. Dark golden hue with no bubbles. Originally thought this bottle was shot-- but then I tasted it. What a miraculous bottle. Despite having very little effervescence, this turned out to be a charm. Caramel was the first taste that came to mind. After opening, it turned to tart lime with a hint of cinnamon. This juice kept on changing and I was loving every minute. Glad to have had this bottle for a lot of reasons and glad to have shared it with friends.
