  July 12, 2021 - Garnet to brown in color. Chocolate and coffee on the nose as well as ripe/jammy red fruits. Same on the palate and low tannins. Really drinking we’ll. It is also just “different” but in a good way. Clearly not a “traditional” grape but this is not a flaw. We need more of the non-cab/Pinot/Tempranillo/etc.
