July 13, 2021 - One taster noted a subdued phase for the V. Donjon CdP wine. I tried it with Coravin together with the 2016 CdP from Ch. St. Cosme. Nothing wrong with the V. Donjon, just needs to wake up. Give it time. Drink the S. Cosme first, it starts to get ready!
