July 15, 2021 - Staying with previous notes and score but over the last 2 years this has begun its transition and the enjoyment window is closing IMO.

A tad more bricking around the edges and the fruits have begun to fade but still delivers a nice blend that is really best with food.

7/16/21, 9:17 AM - It sounds like this bottle is aging faster than others. My last bottle (within the last 6 months) showed no visual signs of age as was still very primary.

7/16/21, 1:41 PM - That may be the case. The last bottle I opened was in 2019 and even that bottle was less than stellar. I have been a huge fan of Clos Apalta and find this vintage to be curious.

Of course I must investigate further by opening another bottle :)
