  July 16, 2021 - Opened 3 hours. Color is deep garnet and quite opaque. On the nose: Intense Sour funky cherry, blood, violets and pepper. On the palate: That same sour funky cherry, green bell peppers, pepper, iron/blood, violet and pomegranate. This wine is hard to stop smelling as it is so interesting. Soft tannins and low alchohol means drinks very easily. Great wine. Really one for the Syrah lovers.
