  July 17, 2021 - Deliciously boring. Wonderfully austere. Classic claret.
  Like Jacques's 2011 Domaine de Chevalier, I was immediately struck by the inky black color of the Calon Segur.
  Like Johnny Depp, I could drink this every day of the week. Perhaps surpassing Lynch Bages as my favorite estate.
  Had this with Nic, Danny and their better halves in Quebec a few years ago, and then with Patrick on a later date.
  I'm glad I still have five more bottles, I'll drink them over the course of the next decade.
