  July 18, 2021 - Blankbottle rabbitsfoot is an unusual expression of sauvignon blanc. Distinctly spicy and sunripe citrus fruit, some pineapple, and only a subtle note of gooseberry and grass. Medium- bodied wine, with mouthwatering acidity and a slight bitterness in the finish. Interesting as always from Mr.Walser.
