July 18, 2021 - This wine is definitely improving. The bottle I had in May was better than I had last October and this bottle was the best of all. Unfortunately for me this is the last of the 8 bottles I bought way back when. The nose was floral with hints of lemon. The palate was some white flowers, lemon curd, peach and just a touch of vanilla. It was mildly oaked and finished beautifully. Served with Sunday sushi.

Love Sushi Sundays, good to know :)
