  July 22, 2021 - This "holy water" delivered a good if not majestic experience. Pleasant flavors of pear and hints of tropical pineapple and guava but it was not overtly sweet and satisfied the feinherb off-dry tradition. The acidity and freshness level was where I wanted it and made for a cool summer drink. As a previous taster suggested, it actually may have been too dry and could have been a bit sweeter and fruitier.
