  July 22, 2021 - Fifth bottle of this wine. Taste: quite juicy red and dark fruit. Despite the hot year mineral, fresh and with good acidity. Despite some mature notes this wine can get better with some more years of keeping. It seems that Medoc 2009 needs a rather long time of keeping, more or less like 2005 be it a bit shorter. Already 88(-89), potentially 88+.
