  July 28, 2021 - Thanks to those who recommended a decant. Gave it two hours to breathe and was careful to filter for sediment (there was a fair amount). Bedrock website says this is 50% Zin and 40% Carignan. The Carignan really showed for us as the smoked meat flavors really popped. Enjoyable blend and well made. Drinking well now.
