  July 30, 2021 - Wanted to check in on the hype behind the 2019 vintage and am rather disappointed that it is very much warranted - this had so much to say as a young wine. Very pale colour, some peaches and slight mint note at the start before the zesty acidity kicked in. Even in its infancy this had so much complexity and balance, clean fruit and purity. Love Willi Schaefer.
