  July 30, 2021 - Young, but delicious. The nose explodes with dark fruits, a bit of pepper, and alcohol. A bit lighter on the palate than a typical Keplinger Syrah, but that means it's medium-bodied. Tart cherry, blackberry, and pepper flavors with plenty of alcohol coming through. Let bottles age another year or more.
