  August 1, 2021 - Tasted blind, this wine had a medium gold center with yellow/clear rims. The medium+ intensity nose was very sauvignon oriented with its apricots, vanilla waffers, pears, citrus and minerals.
  
  In the mouth, this was very rich and ripe with firm acidity and great length.
  
  While this did not have the complexity of a great Barsac/Sauternes, it was very nice. I wonder how long it was open? Bottle variation?
