July 31, 2021 - Aromatic nose of yellow apples, peaches, lychees, raspberries, slate and flint. A powerfull wine, but still with a lot of finesse and elegance. Very concentrated, high acidity, seamless, very long. An incredibly balanced and elegant wine! The 2012-vintage is perfectly mature now, but a 2005 tasted alongside was still in good shape. This suggests that it will probably drink well for a at least 5 more years, but I guess it is in it's prime at the moment.
