  July 28, 2021 - From glass. Nose is lemony, with overtures of “natural-wine” yeasties / craft beer. Palate: fresh, nice juicy and bitter grapefruit. A slight kind of breadiness, but nothing toasty, etc. Finishing soapy; a touch less bitter and soapy on the finish would have been nicer. But overall, decent. First I’ve ever heard of Montuni, the grape (or any of its aliases).
