  January 24, 2009 - Popped and poured. First glass had a great nose, cherry mixed with dark fruits, tobacco, and minerals. All follows through on the palate with a rich and slightly tannic feel. Finish is excellent and it all hangs on for quite some time. Put in fridge after first glass and came back to it a couple hours later. Seemed to have closed down and seemed almost disjointed. about 2 hours later poured the last glass and it was similar to the first glass but also showing hints of mocha.
