  August 7, 2021 - Beautiful wine. At first shy and reticent with loads of acidity, but then over the next couple of hours it opened up with floral aromas, dried autumn fruits and spice. Had to have been stored perfectly, but beware the cork. It's the size of today's 375ml's and needs to be extracted carefully.
