  August 8, 2021 - Opened and decanted. Color is deep red/purple. On the nose: Violets, cassis, pepper and blood. On the palate: Plum, cassis, violets, pepper and blood. I have not given proper time to open up. This is very good. I expect if I allowed 3 hours to open up I would score much higher.
