  August 10, 2021 - Absolutely delicious after 2 decanter hours. Didn't take detailed tasting notes, but great with lentil-vegetable stew topped with fresh tomatoes and avocado. Cherry and plum fruits, along with milk chocolate. Wonderful mid-palate and finish with perfect tannins and acidity. My last review said no improvement expected, but I think this improved at least a point from last time. Wish that Pomerols weren't so expensive, in general, although this one is a good value at $32 en primeur pricing.
