  August 11, 2021 - pale straw.
  crisp minerality, saline, hint of flowers and honey.
  white flowers, talc, a little tropical melon, fine acidity, taught structure but with some flesh on it. bright and crisp, excellent length, citrus zing on the finish. delicious
