  August 11, 2021 - The colour suggests some age but the palate implies youth or middle age at the most. Dark cherry and clean mineral notes on the nose; palate is light in texture with lot of flavour and very long finish. The fruit persists on the mid palate but the tannins kick in at the end; quite notable but ripe. Drinks well now but will continue to improve for years is my take on this one.
