  January 25, 2009 - Notes from memory, forgot my notes on the table.
  Golden yellow. Nose of citrus, pineapples, apricots and honey. Nice glycerin mouth feel with good balance of acidity that just makes it sing. Spectacular Sauternes for the price.
  I can't believe we finished a 750ml and a 375ml. A stunning way to finish the night !
