  August 15, 2021 - Had by the glass at How to Cook a Wolf. Really nice food wine. Light (went well with salmon) but still very subsrantive. Great balance between savory, fruit, and acid. Significant tannins which fit in well with the rest. A great value at $20/bottle which seems to be the typical retail price point.
