  August 19, 2021 - My second bottle this time given proper time 3 hours to open up. On the nose: Cherry, strawberry and bit of vanilla, . On the palate: Kirsch, strawberry, vanilla, hint of balsamic and dusty drying tannins on the finish. Decent length and lovely mouthfeel. Very well made. A lot of potential in this.
