  August 22, 2021 - Lots of dark stuff going on here. From the nose to the palate and finish. Cassis with a bit of pepper and spice. Medium plus bodied. Holds up to meat well. Some refinement. Evolution was very slow in the decanter. Plenty of staying power. Drink now or later.
