  August 22, 2021 - Three hour decant. Some noticeable bricking at the edges. But otherwise this esprit is firing on all cylinders. Wonderful nose of black fruits and garden herbs followed by a light touch of red and blue fruits. Smoky, tar notes in a long, satisfying finish. Perfectly balanced and food friendly at this stage. Will probably hold for another decade. Drink now to 2030. Outstanding.
