  August 26, 2021 - Let me start by saying I am not a fan of Pinot Grigio, I always find it tasteless with no structure. This is an exception. This has citrus on the nose and citrus on the palate. In a blind tasting I would have said it was Sauvignon Blanc, not Pinot Grigio. Excellent wine, paired well with Shrimp Scampi.
