  August 28, 2021 - I can't remember when I last tasted this. A pleasant reencounter. Suprisingly rich gold colour is confirmed by a ripe, fruity nose, some brioche, freshly squeezed orange juice that I always associate with Pinot Noir in quality sparklers. Very clean palate, beautifully delineated fruit, sherbet-like. OK, it's full-bodied in terms of sparkling wine, quite rich, but expertly crafted. I would say that the medium rather than long finish reveals its origins but at this price who cares.
