  August 29, 2021 - Gave it three hours in the decanter at the - highly appreciated - advise of earlier tasters. Dark cherry aromas in the nose, yet slow to release. Similar in the mouth, some graphite coming along. Good length, but still fairly tight. This vintage should carry on another decade.

  8/29/21, 8:16 AM - Glad that worked out better for you. Even at 12 years old, this wine, like many of its Italian brethren, especially at its quality level, is anything but a PnP. Agree that there's no rush to drink these, and they may even improve. Cheers!
