  August 27, 2021 - This historically is my favorite of the CSM rieslings. Like past vintages, it is more like a good Kabinett than standard CSM riesling - crisper and more acidic with white peach, apple and pear on the palate without being too fruity or sweet. This one may be just past prime now so shame on me. Not a big surprise that it did not pair was well with Thai food as other spicier rieslings or gewurz, but still special. Drink now.
