  September 1, 2021 - Medium to pale red.
  Pure, intense cherry and spice fragrance, red fruits and soft florals, delicate,
  Well knitted, no hard edges, refined style. Red berries and cherry stone zest blend nicely, fine spice, hint of darkness but not oak. Lovely fine acidity, silky tannins. No hint of development yet, just beautiful balance. A very pretty wine.
